During the course of the seminar Bill Palmer from The Profit Journey will walk you through the process of developing your 2014 budget. At the end of the seminar each attendee should leave with the completed 12 month budget.
Please bring a lap-top or I pad with your last 12 months of overhead and the profit margins goals for the company. You will need to be able to log on to his web site to access the formulas on to your computer, and then he will guide you through the process of building your 2014 budget. Included with the seminar is one month Premium access to the profit Journey web site.
